A personalized coaching experience designed to help leaders move from awareness → action when it comes to disability inclusion and inclusive leadership.
While workshops build knowledge, coaching ensures behavior change actually happens.
What It Focuses On: Each coaching engagement is tailored, but typically includes:
- Translating inclusion concepts into real leadership decisions
- Navigating complex or sensitive employee situations
- Building confidence in inclusive hiring and talent decisions
- Strengthening psychological safety within teams
- Addressing bias, discomfort, or uncertainty in real time
- Embedding inclusion into day-to-day leadership behaviors
What’s Included:
- Option 1: Individual Executive Coaching
- 3 or 6 coaching sessions (45–60 minutes each)
- 1:1 coaching tailored to the leader’s role and challenges
- Pre-session intake to identify focus areas
- Optional: post-session action summaries
- Option 2: Small Group / Cohort Coaching
- 3–5 leaders per cohort
- 3–4 facilitated sessions
- Peer discussion + real-world scenario problem-solving
- Builds shared accountability and consistency across leaders
