About

Inclusion isn't just something I advocate for. It's something I've lived.

I was born with Osteogenesis Imperfecta (brittle bone disease) and have spent my life navigating a world that wasn't always designed with disability in mind. Those experiences have shaped not only who I am, but how I lead, teach, and partner with organizations seeking to build cultures where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

For almost 10 years I worked in global Learning & Development, leadership development, and culture transformation, leading initiatives that impacted employees across multiple countries and business functions. Throughout my career, I have helped organizations develop talent, build leadership capabilities, create meaningful learning experiences, and foster more inclusive workplace cultures.

Yet one lesson became increasingly clear: hiring diverse talent is only the beginning.

Too often, organizations focus on representation while overlooking the employee experience that follows. Policies may exist, but belonging may not. Accommodations may be available, but accessibility barriers remain. Leaders may value inclusion, but lack the tools to turn intention into action.

That realization inspired me to launch Coffee, Kindness, & Inclusion.

Coffee, Kindness, & Inclusion helps organizations close what I call "The Inclusion Gap"—the space between wanting to be inclusive and creating environments where people genuinely feel supported, valued, and empowered to succeed.

Through consulting, speaking engagements, leadership development, coaching, and culture transformation initiatives, I help organizations build workplaces where inclusion becomes part of everyday decision-making rather than a standalone initiative.

My work in Disability Inclusion Consulting focuses on:

- Inclusive Leadership Development

- Employee Experience & Belonging

- Culture Transformation

- Learning & Development Strategy

- Psychological Safety & Workplace Kindness

- Speaking engagements

I believe the most inclusive workplaces are built through intentional conversations, compassionate leadership, and meaningful action.

When we lead with kindness, listen to lived experiences, and create space for every voice, we build cultures where people don't just belong—they thrive.
